Ashland University constructed the Hawkins-Conrad Student Center with the assistance of the 1995 OHEFC Bond Project.


Still under construction, Ashland University began building the Kettering Science Center with the assistance of the 2004 OHEFC Bond Project.


Case Western Reserve University began construction on the North Residential Village with the assistance of the 2004 OHEFC Bond Project.


Case Western Reserve University began construction on the Peter B. Lewis Building with the assistance of the 2000 OHEFC Bond Project (Commercial Paper).


In 2000, Case Western Reserve University embarked on a campus-wide improvement project, affecting almost every building on campus. Adelbert Hall was only one of the many buildings updated with the assistance of the 2000 OHEFC Bond Project.
